Mr. Yonda joined SA Bronx Middle School as a lead teacher in 2019. He served as assistant principal at SA Bronx 2 Middle School and principal of SA Bed-Stuy Middle School before becoming principal of the High School of Liberal Arts – Brooklyn. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and educational studies from Swarthmore College where he was team captain of the men’s basketball team. He also earned a master’s in marketing from Atlantic Technological University in Sligo, Ireland. Mr. Yonda loves spending time outside and picking up new hobbies.
