Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ms. Walsh joined SA Bensonhurst in 2018, where she taught third and fourth grade and served as a grade team lead. She became an assistant principal at SA Far Rockaway in 2021 and transitioned to SA Crown Heights as assistant principal in 2022. Ms. Walsh holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and foreign policy from American University in Washington D.C. Passionate about fostering academic excellence and eliminating barriers to success, Ms. Walsh believes in nurturing compassionate, critical thinkers who are equipped to positively impact the world. Outside of her role in education, Ms. Walsh enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures.
