It was a day of firsts! Success Academy’s first Brooklyn high school, the first cohort of scholars, and the first day of school! The Class of 2030 is in the house! Success Academy High School of the Liberal Arts—Brooklyn opened its doors this past Monday, August 8, and the mood was celebratory, if nervous, with scholars eager to greet old friends and meet new ones.
We caught up with members of the inaugural class of SA HSLA-BK to hear what they were thinking before their historic first day of school. We can’t wait to see what they achieve this year!
